Rockport, TX – The City of Rockport is reminding all short-term rental (STR) property owners to register their properties with the City to ensure compliance with local regulations. The registration process helps maintain safety standards and support the growth of responsible short-term rental operations, ultimately benefiting both owners and the community. 

Registration is Easy and Online The City has made the registration process convenient for all owners by offering an online portal. Property owners are encouraged to complete the registration form and submit all required documentation by visiting https://portal.deckard.com/tx-aransas-city_of_rockport-str-portal/. Important Deadlines and Requirements All existing short-term rental properties must be registered by December 1, 2024. Any new short-term rental properties must complete registration before operating.
