They will contact necessary personnel to resolve the problem.

Report the physical address and the pole number to Public Works Office, 361-790-1160. Office hours are 7 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday.

Call the Public Works Dept. (361) 790-1160 (M-F 7am-4pm)
or the non-emergency Police Dept. number 729-1111 (after 4pm and weekends)
about matters such as:
Potholes or other street problems, hazardous sidewalks, flooding, an open fire hydrant, or a missing or damaged manhole cover.
